About the Templar Knight
The Templars were a Catholic military order that were active between 1119 and 1312. At its peak, the order consisted of up to 20,000 members, however only 10% were knights. They were heavily involved in the Crusades and the flag below was the one used in their battles. The white mantle symbolised purity and chastity. Wikipedia
